AllDone Ltd. (hereinafter: Data Controller) is committed to protecting the personal data of its partners and customers, and pays special attention to compliance with applicable data protection legislation, in particular the EU 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The purpose of data processing is related to the services of AllDone Ltd.: contact initiation and maintenance, handling of enquiries and quote requests, preparation and fulfilment of contracts, conducting customer and partner communication, fulfilment of legal obligations (e.g. invoicing).

When making contact via the website, email or telephone, the following personal data may be provided: name, email address, phone number, company name (where relevant), the content of the message, as well as any other information required for the administration of the enquiry.

The legal basis for data processing is: the voluntary consent of the data subject, and the processing necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the GDPR.

The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third parties, except where: it is necessary for the performance of the service (e.g. accounting, courier services), or it is required by law. Personal data is processed exclusively by authorised employees of the Data Controller.

Personal data provided in connection with a quote request or enquiry is processed by the Data Controller until the matter is concluded, or for a maximum of 12 months, after which it is deleted, provided that no contract has been concluded and there is no legal obligation to retain it further.

The data subject has the right to: request information about the processing of their personal data, request the rectification or erasure of their data, request the restriction of data processing, object to the processing of their data, withdraw their consent at any time. Requests may be submitted to the email address varga.tamas@alldone.hu.

The Data Controller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the secure processing of personal data, and takes all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access, modification, loss or misuse.

The Data Controller reserves the right to amend this privacy notice. Any amendment shall take effect on the date of its publication on the website.
